Good causes, great times

Guitar Hero 2 has started a great new charity which has different rock artist, celebrities and companies come up with unique and interesting controllers for the game. Rock, Paint, Bid is a new charity and all the money will be given to MusiCares which is a charity set up by the recording industry for those in need.

People participating include: Armor for sleep, Dashboard Confessional, Tenacious D, Jack's Mannequin, Hot Hot Heat, Paul Frank, Spill Canvas, Quicksilver, Tony Hawk, My Chemical Romance, Meg and Dia, The Rocket Summer and many more.

The guitars range from this truly unique one from the Hot Hot Heat, to ones baering the name and a signature of the band. I think it's the variety that really makes this thing work. My personal fav. right now is this Paul Frank but the Armor for Sleep one is pretty sick as well.

Great idea, great cause and more artist to come. Go make a bid or something.
